Quite a bad habit.

Are You Exhausted Trying to quit your bad habit?

Come on Lets quit it together:-

STEPS:-
  • Lets write it down on a paper. (My ___ habit is just ruining me, it is not giving anything to me except pain,damage and waste. I need to quit this. I am not getting anything good from this habit except bad. If I quit this I will achieve a good health, savings also and i will some of my energy too.)
  • Now read it out 3-4 times(if possible then read loud).

  •  What now just take a matchstick and burn the paper.
You have done it.
